Hi, I'm Ashley.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor serving both Colorado and Wyoming, I am dedicated to supporting individuals who are navigating complex challenges related to trauma, anxiety, neurodivergence, and the unique stressors faced by first responders and their families.
I believe in creating individualized approaches for each client I serve, drawing from a diverse toolkit of evidence-based therapeutic modalities. My practice integrates Motivational Interviewing to support client-centered change, Mental Toughness training to build resilience, Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to address the intersection of trauma and thought patterns, and Brainspotting/Somatic Therapy to work with the body’s natural healing processes.
My passion lies in meeting clients where they are and providing them with the personalized support they need to heal, grow, and thrive in their daily lives.
Areas of Focus:
Performance-related anxiety and depression in sports, career, or other domains
Self-worth and relationship issues
Trauma processing and healing through Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) techniques and coping skills
Personal authenticity development via motivational interviewing and individualized goal-setting
Addiction recovery, employing motivational interviewing and psychoeducational tools
Support for individuals with neurodivergent diagnoses (e.g., autism, ADHD), focusing on emotional regulation, social skills development, self-esteem enhancement, and learning style optimization
Specialized support for First Responders and their families, addressing trauma, emotional regulation, communication, and self-care
Facilitation of teen day camps at Restoration Ranch
Completed training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), an evidence-based approach that helps clients improve their overall sleep quality and develop stronger, sustainable sleep habits.
My diverse expertise allows me to tailor my approach to each client's unique needs, fostering growth, resilience, and positive change.
